0ktk Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 0ktk ("0ktk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and live casino platform accessible at https://0ktk.io (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with 0ktk, including account registration, identity verification, deposits, withdrawals, bonus eligibility, betting rules, casino game participation, responsible gaming obligations, and the permitted and prohibited uses of the Platform. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 0ktk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);

0ktk reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide such documentation within the period specified by 0ktk support may result in temporary suspension of account access and pending withdrawals.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each eligible player may hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 0ktk Platform. Registering, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using fictitious or borrowed identity information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 0ktk employs technical, behavioural, and device-fingerprinting measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from the additional accounts voided.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity document), date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 0ktk accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 0ktk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 0ktk support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

0ktk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or bonus funds are released:

By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market. 0ktk reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) the event has already commenced at the time the bet was placed (unless live in-play betting is explicitly enabled for that market); (c) fraudulent activity or match-fixing is suspected; or (d) a system error has resulted in an incorrect market being offered.

5.2 Cricket and Football Markets

Football markets cover 30+ global leagues including English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, and UEFA Champions League. 5.3 Live Casino and RNG Games

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access account features, or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors to generate artificial winnings;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Providing false identity information or falsified documentation at any stage of the registration or KYC process;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing a third party to place bets on your behalf;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 0ktk support staff or other platform users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technology infrastructure.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 0ktk Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, data feeds, odds compilations, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of 0ktk or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 0ktk. Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

0ktk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read together with these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected at registration, during KYC verification, through your betting and gaming activity, and via cookies and tracking technologies used on the Platform.

0ktk implements industry-standard technical security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. 0ktk will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0ktk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 0ktk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

0ktk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 0ktk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 0ktk accepts no liability for service interruptions, data loss, or financial losses resulting from: (a) circumstances beyond 0ktk's reasonable control (force majeure); (b) third-party provider outages; (c) your failure to secure your account credentials; or (d) your breach of these Terms.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 0ktk account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (subject to completion of pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following final KYC verification.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by 0ktk

0ktk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; fraudulent or criminal activity is detected; a player is found to be under the age of 21; a self-exclusion request has been submitted; or continued operation of the account presents a legal or regulatory risk. 13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.
